QuentinFinch is a user-generated content site. That means that our users tell us about the best stories they've found online about books and reading, and we organize them so that they're easy for everyone to find. And by voting for the ones you think are worth reading, you'll help us to create a nicely curated collection of conversations about books.
So if you're reading a blog and you think that this writer has an interesting take on a book or an author, submit that link to us and we'll make sure that more people know about it. You share what you find; others share what they find; and all of us find more to read!
The first thing you need to do is create a user name and password. This will allow you to submit articles and vote on the articles others have submitted. You can also create a profile so that we can learn a bit more about you and find you elsewhere on the wonderful world of the internet. You can also follow other QuentinFinch users, people who might have the same taste in books as you.
Each page is structured into two sections: popular and newest. If you click on the QuentinFinch logo in the top left of each page, you can navigate through the popular articles and newest articles for the entire site. If you click on the categories in the header, you can navigate through the popular and newest articles according to type. You can also find articles through the tag cloud at the bottom right of each page or by searching through the search box at the top left of each page.
Anything related to books, please! It can be a review that you've written that you'd like to share with the world or something that you read elsewhere that deserves a broader audience. We are all about helping each other find new books, new writers, new perspectives, new voices.
First, you need the link to the article that you wish to submit. Once you have that, click on "Submit New Content" at the top of the page, and you will be taken to a straightforward form for sharing the article with the world. Think of it as adding to our library. No Dewey Decimal system, just a URL and short description.
The Savvy Source has a wonderful section on children's books. Please take a look through their collection of reviews and share your thoughts over there.
Send us a note through the feedback page and we'll take it into consideration. We can't include everything, but we'll certainly try to accommodate what everyone wants most... within reason, of course.
